ဒီတစ္ပတ္မွာေတာ့ မြန္ျပည္နယ္ကို သြားေရာက္ၿပီး ေမြးကတည္းက ေျခေထာက္ကုိ အသံုးမျပဳႏုိင္တဲ့ ကိုကံထူးေအာင္နဲ႔ ေတြ႔ဆံုခဲ့ပါတယ္။ သူဟာ သူ႔ေဒသအသိုင္းအ၀ိုင္းမွာ ေဆး၀ါးေစာင့္ေရွာက္မႈကို ပံ့ပိုးေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးသူတစ္ေယာက္အျဖစ္ လုပ္ကုိင္ေနသူလည္း ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ သ႔ူအတြက္စိန္ေခၚမႈေတြမ်ားျပားေနေပမယ့္လည္း အဲဒီအရာေတြက သူမ်ားကိုကူညီေနတဲ့ သူ႔ကို မဟန္႔တားႏုိင္ပါဘူး။ ယံုၾကည္မႈရွိစြာနဲ႔ေျပာထားတဲ့ သူရဲ႕သေဘာထားေတြကို နားဆင္ရမွာျဖစ္သလုိ သူ႔မိသားစု၀င္ေတြနဲ႔ သူကူညီခဲ့တဲ့သူေတြကို ေတြ႔ဆံုးေမးျမန္းမႈေတြကိုလည္း နားဆင္ရမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

This week we travel to rural Mon State, where we meet Ko Kan Htoo Aung, who was born without the use of his legs. Despite the challenges, this hasn’t stopped him from devoting his life to others, through his work as a provider of medical care in his local community.

As well as speaking with Kan Htoo Aung about his positive attitude to life, we also meet members of his family, as well as local members of the community who have benefitted from Kan Htoo Aung’s services.
