Chef John Ralley out of Sydney, Australia, is a well known pastry man, and an accomplished hunter who revels in the harvesting and foraging side of outdoorsmanship and, as you’d expect, the phenomenal food he creates from his exploits. After moving out of Sydney and into the countryside, he recently started “The Bush River Kitchen” to bring all his loves - from food to time afield - together under one roof.
