TBM’s John Velez talks with Lt. Joshua Chase about all things LEADERSHIP.

Lt. Chase is United States Army Veteran where he served as a crew chief and door gunner for Black Hawk Helicopters in western Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Josh is an Author and has published several books including Jump Seat Leadership, The guide to informal leadership in the Fire Service and his newest book Engage the Enemy, Fight for Your Purpose.

Josh’s passion for the fire service, leadership and helping men find their purpose is very evident. John and Josh discuss things such as self-leadership, informal leadership, and advice for the new guys looking to lead their firehouse.
