Henry Rich is has made his mark on the Brooklyn food and wine scene. He is partner at Metta, an Asado wood fired restaurant, Rucola northern Italian, June Natural Wine Bar, Fitzcarraldo, Franklin and Kent, all in Brooklyn and Nowadays in Queens. Henry has been working towards providing sustainable, healthy, delicious and affordable food in Brooklyn since opening Rucola in 2011.
