As we continue in the darkest of months we bring you a new feature January Dumping Ground. In this feature we will look at films that were released during what many in the film industry call a dumping ground for films they have no faith in or struggle to market, so are rarely seen in large numbers.
This week we look at Madman (1982) to see if this bizarre low budget slasher deserves its place in the dumping ground or should be saved for more mainstream viewings.
