Our guest has always been committed to serving the community. His career in the marines has spanned several years, and he has served the community as a firefighter and lieutenant for 12 years. His calling eventually turned to housing development and helping others build homes. Through his military and firefighting experience, he has developed strong leadership skills. Currently, Josue works full-time as a real estate developer, where he is an expert at assessing the level of rehab needed to bring a project up to market value and develop large projects from scratch.
