But first, Micah and I answer a question from Listener Melly regarding interviews with Mamma Coleman.  Apparently Mom was a hit on the show and people want to hear more about her adventures and life as a travel agent. Hopefully mom will agree to be on the show again!

We then play a recording we conducted with Captain Chris Dowell of United Airlines. We learn what it is to be an Assistant Chief Pilot and some of the issues he faces when dealing with management.
