We’re about halfway through conference play, and Tom Canterbury and Gray Robertson are back to break everything down involving Alabama, the SEC, and a lot of the hot topics around the country. Here's your trip around the bases in an insanely packed show:

At the Plate (0:00-19:12): Tom and Gray look back at the last week in Alabama softball and go over the impressive pitching, Lexi Kilfoyl’s perfect game, quietly great performances from Kat Grill and Bailey Dowling, and more. Then, the guys preview the upcoming mid-week game and the huge series in Gainesville with Florida.

Advancing to First (19:20-44:17): Tom and Gray take a look around the SEC and discuss the jumbled standings, Arkansas winning the last two in Oxford, Ashley Rogers’ impressive work, the situation between Florida and Auburn, the danger zone for South Carolina, and perhaps an answer to “WHO’S PITCHING?!?!” for Kentucky. Next, Gray releases his first edition of Bracketology. Then, the guys present the newest FGCL Player of the Week.

Stealing Second (44:26-1:15:30): ESPN analyst, 7Innings Podcast contributor, and Olympic Gold Medalist Michele Smith stops by to talk about Lexi Kilfoyl’s perfect game, her thoughts on a strange Montana Fouts stat, the inconsistent strike zones she’s seen, the outlook of Florida thus far, the craziness that is LSU, the huge series between Virginia Tech and Florida State, concerns about Washington, stories with Joan Joyce, and so much more.
