Jeff Heckman joins Joe and Tom this week for a conversation on digitalizing Topps. Jeff is the Director, New Product Development & eCommerce Marketplace at Topps. He has been working at the company for four years and worked at SC Johnson before. Jeff has an MBA from the Kellog School of Management.  

Jeff talks about the changes at Topps, from being a trading card company to becoming a digital marketplace.  Jeff also shares some of the key marketing methods behind Topps recent success .
