We’re a few days away from May, and Tom Canterbury and Gray Robertson are back to break everything down involving Alabama, the SEC, and a lot of the hot topics around the country in a milestone episode! Here's your trip around the bases:
At the Plate (0:00-19:37): Tom and Gray look back at the last week in Alabama softball and go over the disappointing results in College Station, including a breakdown of where things went wrong and what needs to happen going forward. Then, the guys preview the midweek at Western Kentucky before discussing why the bye week is coming at the perfect time.
Advancing to First (19:46-38:33): Tom and Gray take a look around the SEC and discuss Arkansas sweeping Florida and maybe locking up a conference title, the craziness of LSU-Georgia, Missouri’s turnaround, and much more.
Stealing Second (38:41-1:19:56): The Out of the Box/In the Circle Crossover returns! Eric Lopez and Victor Anderson stop by for a roundtable discussion that touches on an MVP of the college softball season, the potential Supers host most primed to be upset, the most surprising and disappointing teams, the biggest stories potentially awaiting us when the year ends, and much more.
Rounding Third (1:20:16-1:36:27): Bracketology is back! Gray gives his top sixteen seeds and answers questions from Tom about his list.
Heading Home (1:36:35-2:08:19): To close the show, Tom and Gray make picks for the Florida State-Oklahoma State and all the SEC series. Then, the guys dive into another version of “Off the Wall” that addresses college vs. high school teams and how you should act around college athletes. Finally, “Tom’s Hungry” returns after an epic food trip to College Station.
