The full team are back speaking to a member of Oswestry Olympians who has represented Great Britain at the 50k European Championships and completed it in 3:21:26. Ali Lavender's PBs include 16:27 for 5k, 34:03  for 10k, 75:18 for Half and 2:38:34 for the marathon. Ali talks about how she grew up on a farm and how this helped her running. She also talks about working for Man City, how the Salomon 24 was, and how great it was to get silver in the European 50k Champs. As well as her experience as an elite at Boston Marathon.

The team talk about the last few weeks with races at Wilmslow and the Northern Road Relays. Now with tapers coming thick and fast, this is the last episode before Cal takes on Manchester Marathon, and before Sean and Katie start their taper.
