May has arrived, and Tom Canterbury and Gray Robertson are back from a weekend off to break everything down involving Alabama, the SEC, and a lot of the hot topics around the country. Here's your trip around the bases:

At the Plate (0:00-21:01): Tom and Gray take a brief look at the Western Kentucky loss and then discuss why the weekend off came at the perfect time. Then, the guys give a preview of the upcoming Alabama-Missouri series.

Advancing to First (21:09-41:22): Tom and Gray go over all of the award races in the SEC before covering each series from this past weekend in the conference. Then, the newest FGCL Player of the Week is announced.

Stealing Second (41:29-1:21:15): Gray is flying solo with two guests! ESPN’s Madison Shipman and Kayla Braud drop by to talk about Arkansas winning the SEC, where Alabama stands right now, the fundamentals of situational hitting, Missouri’s recent run, the clump in the middle of the SEC standings, the Player of the Year race, what could happen in Bedlam, the possible Virginia Tech over Oklahoma debate, and more. Then, “What’s Good, Braud?” returns and a new game called “Get That Ship Outta Here” is introduced.

Rounding Third (1:21:32-1:36:30): Bracketology is back! It’s crunch time now, and Gray is ready to give his top sixteen seeds and answer questions from Tom about his list.

Heading Home (1:36:39-1:59:02): To close the show, Tom and Gray make picks for Bedlam, UCLA-Arizona State, and all the SEC series. Then, the guys dive into another version of “Off the Wall” that first addresses comments being turned off and The Great Conspiracy. Then, the guys have a discussion about why this segment exists amid the greater conversation about mental health in sports that's happening now.
