The regular season is over, postseason is here, and Tom Canterbury and Gray Robertson are back to break everything down involving Alabama, the SEC, and a lot of the hot topics around the country! Here's your trip around the bases:
At the Plate (0:00-23:54): Tom and Gray look back at the extremely tight series with Missouri and try and explain what happened on the home run call in Game Three. Then, the guys discuss Coach Murphy’s induction into the ASHOF and take a look at what might occur at the SEC Tournament for the Tide.
Advancing to First (24:00-48:06): Tom and Gray go over all of the award races in the SEC one final time and then touch on a few big stories from the weekend. Next, the guys look at the SEC Tournament bracket and go over all the possible scenarios. Finally, it’s the last FGCL Player of the Week award, and it’s a doozy.
Stealing Second (48:14-1:19:51): Jen Schroeder from ESPN, UCLA, and the 7Innings Podcast returns to the show to talk about the recent craziness in the sport, what went down in Tempe, the Pac-12 race, Arizona’s bubbly situation, Oklahoma-Oklahoma State, the SEC Tournament, SEC Player of the Year, the upcoming selection show, and so much more.
Rounding Third (1:20:06-1:36:37): Bracketology is back! With the Selection Show less than a week away, Gray presents his seed list and answers questions from Tom (and that list will be updated daily going forward, so stay tuned).
Heading Home (1:36:43-2:06:11): To close the show, Tom and Gray go through the entire SEC Tournament and make picks. Then, the guys dive into yet another version of “Off the Wall” that addresses comments about complaints after a win, social media reactions, and the lack of evidence used when people moan on Facebook.
