This case stems from an October 2009 criminal investigation into Online Solicitation of a Minor investigation which began inside a Yahoo Chat Room.  The persona of a 14yo female child looking for “friend” resulted in being contacted by Noel Dennis (pseudonym) age 55. Within a few minutes of the conversation which took place over the course of 3 weeks, Dennis made his intentions clear from the onset. While discussing his desires for having a “young chick” as his birthday present became the focus. Please enjoy this episode which takes us on a ride down a path yet to be explored.
