In this episode I shed some light on the various acronyms and terminology that exist in the world of Autism.  

Autism, ASD, HFA, Asperger's, PDD, ADHD, ADD, IEP, IFSP, OT, PT, SPL, OCD and the list goes on and on.  Some of these terms are educationally related, some are diagnosis related and some relate to co-exisiting diagnoses that many people on the autism spectrum may come across.  This episode only scratches the surface but does give a good background of information on what these terms refer to.
