၁၇ ႏွစ္ၾကာအပစ္ခတ္ရပ္ဆဲေရးက်ိဳးေပါက္သြားၿပီးေနာက္ ျမန္မာ့တပ္မေတာ္နဲ႔ KIA တုိ႔ၾကား တုိက္ပြဲေတြ ျပန္လည္ျဖစ္ပြားခဲ့တာ ရွစ္ႏွစ္နိးပါးရွိေနၿပီျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ အဲဒီစစ္ပြဲေတြေၾကာင့္ စစ္ေဘးေရွာင္ ျပည္သူေတြ တစ္သိန္းေက်ာ္ရွိေနပါၿပီ။
ဒီတစ္ပတ္မွာေတာ့ ဒုိ႔အသံရဲ႕ မိတ္ဖက္မီဒီယာျဖစ္တဲ့ ျမစ္ႀကီးနားသတင္းဂ်ာနယ္က စစ္ပြဲေတြေၾကာင့္ ထြက္ေျပးတိမ္းေရွာင္ေနရတဲ့ စစ္ေဘးေရွာင္ျပည္သူတစ္ခ်ိဳ႔ကိုသြားေရာက္ ေတြ႔ဆံုခဲ့ၿပီး သူတုိ႔ေတြြရဲ႕ အဓိကစိုးရိမ္ပူပန္မႈေတြျဖစ္တဲ့ က်န္းမာေရး၊ပညာေရးနဲ႔ စား၀တ္ေနေရးအပါအ၀င္ သူတုိ႔သားသမီးေတြရဲ႔အနာဂတ္နဲ႔ပတ္သက္ၿပီး စိုးရိမ္ပူပန္မႈေတြ ကိုလည္းနားေထာင္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။

It’s been almost eight years since fighting re-started between the Kachin Independence Army and the Tatmadaw after a 17-year ceasefire broke down, with more than 100,000 people being displaced by the conflict since then. This week, in partnership with Myitkyina News Journal, Doh Athan meets some of those displaced by the conflict, and hears about some of the major concerns they have, including access to health, education and livelihoods, as well as worries they have about the future for their children.
