Today, I am joined by Angélica Williams a vegan luxury hospitality consultant and founder of Green Luxury Living™. Angélica is passionate about curating unique experiences that are kind to fellow humans, animals, and the planet.

What started out as a blog about green living in style, flourished into consulting services for the hospitality industry, offering tailored solutions to elevate the experience of the contemporary guest. 

As an avid traveler and vegan foodie, Angélica found herself struggling to find vegan offerings and experiences for herself and her family to enjoy; either the experience would fall short due to lack of awareness from staff, or was simply unavailable. It was disappointing and frustrating, especially when she knew there was a simple way to create such experiences, if only these establishments knew how and what exactly the modern guest is looking for. 

As a vegan luxury hospitality consultant, Angélica combines her experience in conference and event planning with her passion and expertise in creating curated gatherings, to help her clients achieve their goals of attracting, retaining and wowing their plant-based, vegan and allergy-conscious guests.

Whether it’s reviewing menus and wine lists, providing kitchen and service training to staff in hotels, resorts and dining establishments, or evaluating meetings, events and conference offerings, Angélica oversees all aspects of the contemporary guest’s experience to ensure it meets (and exceeds) their expectations.

Angélica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing, and she is trained in High Impact Hospitality Consulting™.
