Over 40 years of pastoral ministry have seen Raymond travel extensively in the United States, Canada and overseas to share the Word of God. He currently serves the United Pentecostal Church International as Executive Presbyter for Canada. 

In June 2021, Raymond transitioned to the roles of Bishop and Teaching Pastor at Capital Community Church in New Brunswick, Canada. He remains passionate about missions, mentoring, teaching, and team ministry.
