In this week's episode, Ali and Hannah are joined by Gabby Villasenor, founder of Fuelled By Feeling. Gabby, a lifelong athlete, shares her journey of transforming her perspective on exercise from a punishment to a gift. Growing up with messages dictating how food and movement should be, Gabby developed a harmful relationship with both from a young age. She takes us through her story of mindset shifts, hard work, and ultimately bettering her relationship with movement. Now, she helps others do the same! Does exercise need to be hard or uncomfortable to count? What is intuitive exercise? How do I know how much exercise my body needs to be healthy? How do I begin to listen to my body and see progress? Exercise is yet another area where diet culture tries to control our actions and make us question how we feel. Ali and Hannah call BS!
