Derrick Wess is the complete package. Adventurer, weight lifter, runner and deep thinker. We so enjoyed talking to Derrick about his "Movement is a Privilege" philosophy and how it has fueled his unique exploration of London. Along with taking on epic races and personal running challenges, Derrick is also active in the mental health space, to include involvement with Run Talk Run, an organization that uses running as a platform for providing mental health support.
