At the Plate (0:00-19:25): Tom and Gray look back at the Tuscaloosa Regional and break down the incredible performance from Jaala Torrence, Ally Shipman’s heroics, and the increased production at the bottom of the lineup. Then, the guys preview the Tuscaloosa Super Regional with Northwestern coming to town.

Advancing to First (19:34-51:40): Jen Schroeder from ESPN and the 7Innings Podcast returns to the show to talk about what happened in Los Angeles, officiating from the weekend, Oregon’s explosion in Fayetteville, the end of Washington-McNeese, Florida State-Georgia, the return of Supers softball to ABC, Clemson at Oklahoma, Alabama-Northwestern, and so much more.

Stealing Second (51:51-1:06:07): The guys look at the left side of the bracket and chat about the biggest stories from Regionals and the most exciting storylines going into Supers.

Rounding Third (1:06:13-1:33:27): Tom and Gray move to the right side of the bracket and once again look at the weekend that was and what’s to come in Super Regionals.

Heading Home (1:33:42-2:04:25): To close the show, the guys make picks for all the Supers and then call some folks out in “Off the Wall.”
