Episode 71: My journey to Sobriety from leaving a co-dependent relationship with a narcissist to doing one year sober and going solo at Glasto.
What a year 2022 was - my first year of choosing sobriety.
If you had said to me 2 years ago, I would have gone one
whole year without drinking and also went to Glastonbury festival on my own – I
would honestly have thought you were talking about someone else.
But at the beginning of last year – well at the end of 2021 something
happened.
I have never really shared in depth my journey to sobriety but something this week was telling me, someone out there needed to hear it.
From sober dates, doing Glasto Festival sober to dealing with a break up sober. It was all NEW to me.
