Manish Giniwala currently works for Tech Mahindra a global service and systems integrator (www.techmahindra.com). For Tech Mahindra North American region – Manish leads SAP Manufacturing Practice specializing in Automotive & Aerospace and Defense. 

Manish is a seasoned SAP practitioner and IT strategist with over 30 years of experience in the Manufacturing industry focusing on designing and implementing SAP solutions globally. Throughout the career, Manish has demonstrated expertise in leveraging SAP technologies to drive business transformation and operational excellence for various organizations.

Having started a career in the early days of enterprise resource planning (ERP), Manish has witnessed and contributed to the evolution of SAP from its inception to its current state as a leading enterprise software solution. With a deep understanding of SAP modules, including but not limited to SAP Service Parts Management Suite, SAP S/4 HANA and supporting manufacturing SAP modules such as IBP, eSPP, eWM, Ariba etc Manish has been serving several small to large organization in strategizing and developing SAP roadmap.

Manish has successfully led numerous SAP implementations, upgrades, and migrations across diverse industries.

In addition to technical proficiency, Manish is known for exceptional leadership and strategic vision. He has led cross-functional teams, managed large-scale projects, and ensured seamless integration of SAP systems with existing IT infrastructures. His ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders has consistently resulted in solutions that meet organizational goals and drive growth.

Throughout his career, Manish has been a champion of innovation, advocating for the adoption of cutting-edge technologies to maintain competitive advantage.  

Beyond technical and managerial roles, Manish is committed to mentoring and developing the next generation of IT professionals. He regularly shares knowledge through workshops, professional networks, contributing to the broader SAP and IT communities. 

When not immersed in SAP projects, Manish who is based in US enjoys hiking, reading, watching movies, spending time with family.

Richard Howells has been working in the Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing space for over 30 years. He is responsible for driving the thought leadership and awareness of SAP’s ERP, Finance, and Supply Chain solutions and is an active writer, podcaster, and thought leader on the topics of supply chain, Industry 4.0, digitization, and sustainability.
