Elvita Kondili is a Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC Supervisor and a Doctoral Candidate in Counselor Education and Supervision. For the past 7 years she has grown a thriving private practice business and the lifestyle she always wanted. Elvita is on a mission to help therapists do the same through one-on-one coaching, teaching simple and practical marketing and business tools while supporting them each step of the way. She is often called a technology whiz but she likes to think of her success as simply a discipline of doing. 

Elvita is from Albania and lives in Charlotte, NC with her boyfriend Charles who is a passionate environmental activist. They love to bike, hike, travel and get involved in social and environmental justice causes. Elvita attributes her happy demeanor and endless energy to her Buddhist meditation practice and dedicates all she does to the benefit of others.
