College softball has returned! To get you ready for the new season, Tom Canterbury and Gray Robertson are here to discuss everything you need to know about Alabama, the SEC, and much more in the Season Six Premiere. Just like last year’s premiere, this will be the longest episode of the year, so don’t be afraid to break it up over a few days. Here's your trip around the bases:

At the Plate (0:00-34:39): Tom and Gray thoroughly examine the 2024 Alabama roster, break down possible lineups, and take a glance at how the opening trip to Atlanta could play out for Team 28.   

Advancing to First (34:47-1:14:55): Tom and Gray discuss the preseason All-SEC team before diving into all 13 schools from the Southeastern Conference. Then, the guys reveal the 2023 All-ACL Preseason Team and look at the biggest games during opening weekend.

Stealing Second (1:15:15-1:44:09): ESPN analyst and 7Innings Podcast contributor Jen Schroeder kicks off this season’s interviews and discusses the energy of the year, how Oklahoma can reach even higher heights, whether Texas can challenge the Sooners, Nebraska’s Big Ten frontrunner status, UCLA’s uncertainties, the ACC race, the makeup of the SEC, and much more.
