On the Season 4 premier of the College Recruiting Weekly podcast, we talk with Lauren O'Connell. Lauren is a former Division I soccer player at Baylor University, and was a finalist on the hit CBS reality show, 'Survivor'.

Lauren talks about growing up playing soccer, the role of her parents in that development, getting recruited, her unconventional playing career in college, and competing on Survivor. And, the lessons for coaches in all of those experiences.
