Mike Voss has a pretty cool way into the food service repair industry. He spent many years as a chef in various levels.Eventually he became sick of the long hours and wanted a change. He was taking some HVACR classes and found a flyer for a food service repair company and thought, I know how to use the equipment, and took a chance. After starting as a jr tech, then PM, trainee and finally a full fledged tech. He enjoys a challenge and understands what the customer is going through.
