On this week's episode, we interview Dr. Ximena Paez-Colasante, a coordinator of the Interdisciplinary Ph.D. Program in Genetics at Texas A&M University, on how to market and recruit for a highly-specialized graduate program. Dr. Paez-Colasante discusses the strategies she has used to generate qualified inquiries coupled with the tactics she has used to nurture these inquiries to enrollment.
