In episode 8, I chat about SEX. I go deep into how we are raised and how it effects the way we view sex. I also go into how having sex IS NOT "nothing", and it definitely is not something that should be seen as nothing. My view on, "situationships and hook up culture". I share that II feel that sex is an exchange of energy that is sacred. I urge you to respect your body and not giving it away to anyone who does not want exactly what YOU want.
