The bracket is out, the NCAA Tournament is here, and the podcast is all set for the most wonderful time of the year! Tom Canterbury and Gray Robertson return to discuss everything you need to know about Alabama, the SEC, and much more. Here's your trip around the bases:   

At the Plate (0:00-30:39): Tom and Gray take a look at the bracket and discuss some of the flaws and inconsistencies in the Top 16 seed decisions. Then, they preview the Tuscaloosa Regional featuring Alabama, Clemson, Southeastern Louisiana, and USC Upstate.

Advancing to First (30:48-51:13): The guys do a deep dive into the left side of the bracket, including regionals in Austin, College Station, Baton Rouge, Palo Alto, Stillwater, Fayetteville, Lafayette, and Gainesville.

Stealing Second (51:26-1:10:24): The guys flip to the right side of the bracket and discuss the regionals in Knoxville, Tuscaloosa, Athens, Los Angeles, Columbia, Durham, Tallahassee, and Norman.

Rounding Third (1:10:33-1:36:34): Tom and Gray make predictions for every Regional, potential Super Regional, and discuss their initial eight choices for the 2024 WCWS.

Heading Home (1:36:43-2:07:00): To close the show, the guys do one final ACL Player of the Week. Then, it’s a rousing “Off the Wall” after a hefty reaction to Alabama’s seeding in the tournament.
