On this episode, Laura interviews Rev. Cameron Trimble – author, pilot, CEO, and Co-founder of Convergence, an international church consultancy. Cameron is part of a progressive movement in Christianity and spiritual leadership and on this episode she talks with Laura about her activism and the importance of diversity in spiritual movements. In her over 25 years as an out queer woman minister, she reflects on the changes she's seen in the Christian church and offers her view of the future.

Cameron is particularly focused on human transformation and leadership. As a coach, her clients are primarily executive leaders going through dynamic cultural transformations. Diversity, she believes, is the source of lasting innovation and the driver of fair profit.

As a pilot, Cameron learns many of her leadership lessons through the adventures of the cockpit of her airplane. She has also enjoyed a career as an ordained pastor in the United Church of Christ, serving as the pastor of four congregations in the Atlanta area. Her most recent book is Searching for the Sacred: Sixty Meditations on Faith, Hope, and Love.
