The field has been cut from 64 to 16, and Supers are coming up! Tom Canterbury and Gray Robertson return to discuss everything you need to know about Alabama, the SEC, and much more. Here's your trip around the bases:   

At the Plate (0:00-21:17): Tom and Gray discuss Alabama’s impressive performance in the Tuscaloosa Regional, including what made the offense explode, the pitching and defense, and more. Then, the guys preview yet another battle with Tennessee in the Knoxville Super Regional.

Advancing to First (21:27-53:26): Tori Vidales from the SEC Network and 7Innings Live returns to the show to cover everything that happened in Regionals, from a shocking exit for Arkansas to a remarkable loser’s bracket run from Missouri. Plus, the gang chats about some of the best matchups this weekend in Supers.

Stealing Second (53:41-1:10:43): The guys march through the left side of the bracket and look at the Supers pairings while also analyzing some of the interesting stories from Regionals.

Rounding Third (1:10:52-1:35:55): The guys flip over and remark on the right side of the bracket, including a few teams that had underwhelming weekends and a few off-the-charts Super Regional battles.

Heading Home (1:36:05-2:12:57): To close the show, the guys pick every single Super Regional. Then, it’s a rousing “Off the Wall” that goes after those that move the goalposts, aren’t satisfied with wins, and who get in the comments of the opponent.
