In this 87th episode of 40 and 20, we spend some time with Lauren and Lorenzo Ortega, the owners of Lorier Watches. As the constant listener will know, Lorier has been featured on nearly every "list" 40 and 20 has ever recorded, so when they reached out to us a few weeks back, we were overjoyed.

It has been a total treat to (finally) spend some time with Lorier's fine time-pieces, and it was even better to meet the souls behind the watches. Although I firmly believe each of Lorier's watches stand on their own, the motivations, direction, and philosophies of Lauren and Lorenzo add so much context to the watches, and have made us all the more excited about what they are doing.
