AB/Dl also known as Adult Baby/Diaper Lover; oh so taboo *insert eye-roll*

This is a perfectly legit kink, however, it's also considered very taboo. In fact, there are even websites like Niteflirt, which don't allow their operators to even hint at the topic. I admit, as a sissy trainer, it makes it very difficult to give my adult sissy babies a safe space to explore their desires. The AB/DL community is a fun, free-spirited, and caring community. Yes, while exploring this fetish, there is humiliation, mean mommies, and more, but there is also caring, loving, and nurturing mommies like myself.  This fetish. sadly, has been lost in the politically correct world, and has been stigmatized as "sick", "twisted" and even worse.

Why is that? Why do consenting adults have to hide their enjoyment of wearing diapers?
