Today I have the pleasure of speaking with Doug Sands, a hypnotist, adventurer, and mental health advocate. He runs the Making Meaning podcast; a show about how adventurous people have overcome struggles to reach their dreams.

As a hypnotist, Doug has lived experience of anxiety and depression and has made it his personal mission to focus on helping others overcome the same mental health struggles he had.

As a traveller, he focuses on outdoor adventures like hiking, climbing, skiing, and more. As a Buddhist and philosopher, he’s been examining the big questions of life for decades.
