He has created a company with his wife Jennifer, a successful business and organizational consultant, called Athlete Viewpoint. They are aiming to help college athletic departments learn more about how to enrich the student-athlete experience on college campuses around the country by asking the right questions of athletes relating to their experiences on campus.

We wanted to get his advice on how to approach today's generation of student-athlete with the right questions, how to get better answers, and how to draw out honest feedback from athletic prospects and college athletes.
