College softball has FINALLY returned! To get you ready for the new season, Tom Canterbury and Gray Robertson are here to discuss everything you need to know about Alabama, the SEC, and much more in the Season Seven Premiere. Just like last year’s premiere, this will be the longest episode of the year (especially with two new teams in the league, there's way more ground to cover), so don’t be afraid to break it up over a few days. Here's your trip around the bases:

At the Plate (0:00-33:48): Tom and Gray thoroughly examine the 2025 Alabama roster, break down possible lineups, and take a glance at how the opening trip to Tucson could play out for Team 29.

Advancing to First (33:57-1:12:55): Tom and Gray discuss the preseason All-SEC team before diving into all 15 schools from the Southeastern Conference as well as some of the shocking placements in the preseason poll. Then, the guys look at the biggest games during opening weekend.

Stealing Second (1:13:04-1:48:45): ESPN analyst and Arizona legend Kenzie Fowler Quinn kicks off this season’s interviews and discusses excitement for season, how Arizona stacks up in 2025, the Big 12 race, the new look of the SEC, UCLA’s life in the Big Ten, the Washington conundrum, the shape of the ACC, Texas Tech, the best places to eat in Tucson, and more.

Rounding Third (1:48:54-2:21:56): Softball aficionado Emily Pitek Clifford joins the guys once again for "Pitek's Point of View,” covering topics like Alabama Softball Trivia Night, the upcoming 2025 season, how NIL is impacting fans, Patty Gasso coaching Team USA, and much more.

Heading Home (2:22:05-3:21:55): To close the premiere, it's an extremely loaded final segment. Tom and Gray make bold declarations for the upcoming season in "Landmine or Goldmine,” and then also present their chaotic 2025 SEC preseason polls. Finally, the guys give a preseason “Off the Wall” that takes a closer look at mainstream sports media.
