On October 25th of 2000, DeAndra Florucci left her high school with a friend and an older man named Donald Baumgartner. The friend witnessed DeAndra leave to go to a man named Dana Martin's house, and waited for her to return. When hours went by and DeAndra had not returned, this friend went to the police station and reported her missing. The next day, after being grilled by police for hours, Dana Martin brought the police to a bridge where he had discarded DeAndra's body. After representing himself in court, Dana was sentenced to life imprisonment, where he began to grow crazier and crazier. Katie and Liz end the episode with Dana's extreme obsession with a Canadian popstar and how this unique obsession led to another murder plot.
