Listen Later

Everyone nature journals for different reasons. By taking time to consider what we value most we can begin to notice whether our journal pages reflect what is important to us.

Today’s podcast is a solo show discussing something that came up at Jean Mackay’s workshop during International Nature Journaling Week 2022. Jean’s workshop was called Values Added and prompted us to reflect on what we value and whether we are reflecting these values on our journal pages.

You can watch Jean Mackay’s workshop here: Values Added.

Please leave your thoughts on ideas on this topic under the episode post on the Journaling With Nature website here: What do you value?
