We are devoting episode 95 to Scott Jurek and his wife Jenny. Scott completed the Appalachian Trail on July 12th covering the 2189-miles in 46 days, 8 hours and 7 minutes; a new record. It was a journey of incredible highs and lows, not only for Scott but also for Jenny.
