After a couple of months apart, Gary House and Ben Mounsey are finally back together in Ben’s living room for a proper RUNcensored catch up. Although, to be fair, it’s still not quite as long as it’s been since Spurs last won a football match.

It nearly didn't happen...

After battling through what might be the longest Zoom setup in podcast history (seriously, some people could've run a 10K quicker), Gary House and Ben Mounsey are joined by regular guest Mel Sykes for another unfiltered episode of RUNcensored.

Fresh from the Lakeland 100 weekend, Mel talks us through one of the biggest trail running events in the UK. There's no sugar coating her DNF either, although Gary and Ben don't exactly offer much sympathy...
