Fresh off the back of the Fellsman Ultra, Gary and Ben are joined by friend of the podcast Rich Lazenby for a very tired, slightly broken, and heavily sleep-deprived episode.

The lads dive into what makes the Fellsman one of the UK’s most iconic ultra distance trail running events: brutal heat across the Yorkshire Dales, military-level Scout organisation, incredible checkpoint support, navigation decisions, cramp, fatigue, and the unique atmosphere that keeps runners coming back year after year.
