You hear me talk about "surrender" quite a bit on this podcast, (and even more if you work with me as a client :)

I say it because it's true. In this short episode (recorded on my iPhone after going for a run) I encourage you to surrender the negative belief systems you have and embrace the blessings that God has in store for you.

This too shall pass. Just wait it out, and allow the breakthrough that awaits to come to you.

Find your tribe. Take a leap of faith to connect with others of like mind, and discover the power of community to get you to the other side of a difficult time.

When you take the steps and just show up, you'll find you're able to surrender the past and embrace God's blessings. Not through your power, but through the power of Him who is within you!
