Have you heard of the legend of the Candyman?

To kick off HALLOWEEK with a bang, today we tell the story of Ruthie Mae, a 52 year old woman, who, one rainy evening called 911 to report that someone was coming through her bathroom cabinet and into her apartment to kill her. 

When police showed up at her apartment, they assumed the call had been some kind of hoax when Ruthie didn't answer the door.

But when no one had heard from Ruthie the following day... or the day after that... The police returned, and made their way into the apartment...

What they found was chilling...
