In the early hours of September the 9th 2000, Angelina called the Montebello police department. She told them they needed to come to their home immediately. She had found her husband, Frank, lying facedown on a carpet in the bedroom. Officers arrived and Angelina led them through to their bedroom where they found Frank on his front, with blood coming from his nose.
