Taking a bit of break from our regular cold cases, in this episode we will be talking about two relatively newer cases that happened around the beginning of 2023. We will discuss how two women’s cases are eerily familiar yet the outcomes have been drastically different. What changes the trajectory of a case? Both were around 40 years old, both were mothers, both went missing around the new year this year, and in both cases the bodies were found around the same time. How did one case get national coverage and the other barely get local coverage?
