Artist, writer + publisher Alkistis Dimech highlights the daimonic space and what it means to interact with what she calls "the occulted body." Herbalist + podcaster Miranda Aponte joins us today to talk about how plants invite us to take our power back and remember how to listen to our bodies. In this episode, curandera + indigenous foods activist Felicia Ruiz shares with us the importance of connecting to your ancestry and how to begin working with your ancestors. She shares with us what holds people back from connecting to their roots and what belonging + transformation can unfold when we undertake this healing invitation.

Felicia is a curandera, indigenous foods activist, and natural foods chef whose work is deeply rooted in the healing properties of all earth medicines.
