On today’s @champandthetramp we welcome to the show @leader_193 Errol Doebler . Talk about a guy who’s done it all, this guy has a resume that leaves nothing left to do. Errol graduated the navel academy in 1991 and served on both Seal team One and Seal team Four. After being injured on a seal deployment Errol had to re-examine his life’s purpose and calling as his injuries were substantial enough to not be able to continue his career in the seals. As if the Seals weren’t challenging enough Errol joined the FBI where he investigated international terrorist organizations around the world and shares some interesting stories from those years. After an illustrious 13 year career with the FBI Errol realized he was uncomfortable with the leadership presented within the FBI organization and decided to leave to pursue his true passion, teaching leadership skills. Errol is now the founder of Leader 193 and author of the book The process, Art and Science of leadership. Give this one a listen guys. I promise everyone can take something away from this interview.
