After your devastation with a narcissist, you will feel the need to warn others about the narcissist. You are hurting and angry. You’re thinking that they don’t deserve happiness with the new supply. You are right. They don’t deserve it. But you cannot change the course of the narcissist’s cycle. Only those in the cycle with the narcissist can do that. You are now on the outside. Don’t look in. Don’t even look in their direction. You will save yourself further misery. I can’t stress that enough. Otherwise, you will do more damage to yourself.

You have to let the new supply’s story play out, just like your story had to play out. You can’t stop this train wreck and you don’t want to throw yourself on the tracks. First of all, that won’t stop the train. And second, it will hurt only you. You will be seen as the crazy ex who just can’t let go or the vengeful person the narcissist described you as to their new supply. Remember that’s what they said to you about the exes that came before you. Who did you believe? I hope that forums like this will help you to have some sanity and help you to make good decisions as you heal. We don’t want you to go through more pain, and interacting with the new supply will only bring you more pain.

I include a video snippet of a woman who commits a crime and is astonished that she is getting arrested for it. The crime is related to murder and yet she doesn’t see how that’s wrong. This is the narcissist’s reality. Their moral compass has no attachment to the real world.

Today we are talking about triangulation or love triangles with a narcissist. This happens during the devaluation stage where the narcissist will take pleasure in watching you fight over him/her. They get an ego boost watching you fume in jealousy over the other woman or man. If you are caught in a love triangle, a narcissist will play it for as long as they can. They love the extra attention, especially if you are focusing all your jealousy and anger towards the other person. That’s why you shouldn’t. You should address the issue with the narcissist and make him or her choose. As painful as it might be to walk away, you are better off without someone playing you against another person. Being set up to fight another person is not love. Don’t play that game.

My hope is to better understand narcissism, since there are more narcissists in our life than sociopaths and psychopaths. Today we’re going to talk about the narcissist’s mask and what it may look like. The mask is such a big part of them that they forget who they really are. It is the mask that their victim falls in love with. And that is what’s so devastating when the victim knows the relationship is toxic, but the mask is so good. We sometimes need help to see under the mask and also need help to identify which is the mask and which is the real part of the narcissist. We need to be real with ourselves and get out while we can or before they devastate us. If you are already devastated by them, discarded by them, but can’t get over them (it’s the mask you can’t let go of btw), I hope videos like this will help you see the truth about them so you can let go of the fantasy that was never really there. By the way, the new supply is still living with the mask and not able to discern yet between the real narcissist and the mask. They see glimpses of the real person, but are deceiving themselves in order to stay in a fake, happy, ideal, fantasy world. Like the 11 year marriage in this video, the relationship can last a long time, but know that the crazy is far worse than the crazy in normal relationships. And victims may be too ashamed or embarrassed to admit or show the world what’s really going on.

Today we’re going to talk about why the new supply is doomed to the same fate as all the other exes. And why you should be glad to have gotten out when you did. The longer the new supply is with the narcissist, the worse it will be for them in the end. Those married to a narcissist for 10 or 20 years have had it far worse than those who had just a few weeks or months with them. Trust me. Being married for 20 years to a narcissist is no badge of honor. It is a house of horrors. If you were discarded after just a few months, you are one of the lucky ones. You are going to be ok. You got out of Crazytown. The eviction was a blessing in disguise.

Today, it is with great sadness that we will be discussing the Watts family. Chris Watts recently admitted to murdering his wife, Shanann, and daughters, Bella and Celeste. Shanann was also 15 weeks pregnant with their son, Nico. Is Chris Watts a narcissist? I am not qualified to diagnose, but I am merely observing certain traits that appear quite narcissistic and want to discuss them here.
