So I dig out my resolutions from last year, and see if I made any of them happen - did I manage to manifest a super successful year and meet all my goals, or did I spend the year under a duvet?

This week I've had a very scary sleep paralysis experience, I've been busy doing lots for the London International Horse Show and presenting awards to some amazingly talented young people for the RSPCA.
