Through the years, I have coached, interviewed, and reached out to people to ask for their experiences with their daughter-in-law or mother-in-law and, quite frankly, it makes me sad.
The responses I have gotten are 99% negative about their relationship with their in-law.
Why is that? Why are there such issues between two women who love the same man but in different ways?
As I looked at the responses and the complaints of women I coach, I found that there were four critical skills that both women need to develop.
